These conditions are applicable to all sales made with the Best Western Marseille Bonneveine Prado located Av Elsa Triolet, 13008 Marseille (except for seminar and group bookings). Consequently, the customer acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale and undertakes to respect them. These conditions of sale are modifiable at any time, and the conditions applicable will be those in force on the date when the reservation will be made. 


The prices shown are in €uro and all taxes included, and include VAT on the day of booking. Any change in the applicable rate, or any change or introduction of new legal fees introduced by the competent authorities, will automatically be reflected in the prices indicated on the invoice date.

Rates are per room for the number of people indicated and according to the selected period, excluding additional services (unless otherwise stated)

The city tax of 1.65 € per day and per person (over 18 years) is not included in the price and must be paid directly on site.

Some services may be subject to a surcharge and are subject to change without notice, in no way binding on the hotel.

No stay booked before the establishment of a promotional offer will be refunded, even partial.


Reservations can be made on our website, by phone, by e-mail or by mail. The reservation will be effective only if the latter is guaranteed by the customer, either by communicating a credit card number with validity date or by deposit, and after receiving a confirmation of reservation.

All services will be paid directly to the hotel. Reservations of whatever origin will be payable in €uro only.

Accepted methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, cash, ANCV checks, gift cards (Cadhoc, Kadeos, Havas, Tir Groupé, Travel Card Best Western).

Upon registration of the reservation, a pre-authorization will be made on the credit card of the total amount of the stay or a part to ensure that the credit card is valid. No amount is cashed. The pre-authorization is canceled on the day of departure of the customer and expires 8 days later. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking in case the credit card number is incorrect. In this case the hotel has no obligation to the customer.


The institution may relieve itself of its obligations or suspend its execution if it is impossible for them to assume them as a result of the occurrence of an exceptional event or of force majeure, total or partial destruction of the establishment, strike, etc. The deposit will be refunded.


Any modification or cancellation of reservation must be the subject of a request by email to or by phone at +33 (0)4 91 22 96 00.

- For any stay booked directly with the hotel, you can cancel or change without charge until 4:00 pm on the arrival day; Beyond that, the amount of the first night will be charged.

- In case of no show on the day of arrival, your credit card will be debited the amount of the first night.

For reservations made via the website of our partners, the cancellation must be made via this site. The cancellation conditions that apply are then specific to the partner and may therefore differ from those mentioned above.

In case of an extended stay, the client must notify the hotel reception at 10:00 am at the latest on the day of departure, in order to know the availabilities.


Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 2 pm Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday. A surcharge may be charged for non-compliance with the maximum departure time. In case of arrival after 20:00, the reception must be notified.

Breakfast is offered to children between 0 and 6 years old end is proposed at 6,50 € to the 7-12 years old one.

Consumption of drinks and food other than those provided by the hotel is prohibited.

Consumption and possession of illegal and narcotic substances are strictly forbidden within the institution. Any behavior contrary to good morals and public order will cause the hotelier to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and without any refund if a settlement has already been made. We remind you that the hotel is completely NON-SMOKING, including electronic cigarette and chichas. Charges may be charged for refurbishment of rooms in case of non-compliance.


In the event of unavailability of the establishment or in case of force majeure, the latter reserves the possibility of having all or part of the participants accommodated in a nearby hotel of equivalent category for services of the same nature, costs inherent in the transfer remaining at the expense of the establishment, which cannot be sought for payment of any compensation.

 Art. 7 - CLAIMS

Any dispute and complaint can be taken into account only if they are formulated in writing and sent to the establishment within a maximum of 8 days after the end of the stay.


In accordance with Law 78-17, known as data processing and freedoms, customers are advised that their reservation is the subject of a computerized nominative treatment.
